Obituary for Robert Proper
Robert (Bob) Ellsworth Proper passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at his residence.
He was born on September 12th 1962 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Robert Dale Proper and Mary Jane Pittman who later moved to Erie, Pa.
Bob was a gentle soul who loved music and his friends. He graduated from Erie Community Country Day School and attended Triangle Tech for Building Maintenance, while also teaching his own teachers. He was always seen wearing a bandana, leather jacket, and blue jeans. He liked motorcycles and parties that never ended.
He is survived by his sister, Frances Carey, two nieces, and a brother, Jim Proper. Bob is also survived by Lottie Proper who raised their 3 children and 6 grandchildren. In heaven, Bob was greeted lovingly by both of his late parents and many friends.
