Loving Father, Son and Brother

Omar Lewis McNair Jr. 25, departed this life unexpectedly on Friday, December 3, 2021. He was born in Erie Pa on December 15, 1995 the son of Tracy Lynn Mickel and Omar Hassan McNair Sr.

He was a loving and caring person with a very big heart.  He loved spending time with his one year old son, who was the joy of his life.  He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  He loved making rap music to a tune of his own. He was an outstanding video gamer.  He received his General Educational Development Diploma in 2016.  He attended Culinary School due to his passion for cooking. He was a dedicated worker for the KFC franchise. He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him during his time spent here on earth.
                           
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Ronald L. Mickel Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory his only child, his son Omarei Lewis McNair of Erie, PA; his parents Tracy Mickel of Erie, PA and Omar McNair Sr. of Cincinnati, Ohio; four sisters Akeryia Knight, Joi McNair, Jayla Mickel and Aniyia Mickel all of Erie, PA; two brothers DeVon Crosby-Wayne and DaCere Crosby-Wayne, both of Erie, PA; his maternal grandmother Lula Mickel of Erie, PA; his paternal grandparents Larry McNair and Joyce Barney (Clifton) of Erie, PA; the mother of his son Alexsus McCullum of Erie, PA and many aunts, uncles, cousins, close family members and friends.

Friends may call on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mount Ebal Baptist Church, Pastor Rev. Timothy Ward, 1617 East 26th Street Erie, PA and may attend the Celebration Service also to be held at Mount Ebal Baptist Church on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Timothy Ward officating. Interment in Erie Cemetery.  The Kloecker Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. Due to COVID-19 the family is requiring masks to be worn.
