Obituary for Julia Manendo
Julia M. Manendo,93, went to heaven September 30, 2021 surrounded by her husband of 75 years and children.
She was born in Ambridge PA, a daughter of the late, Charles Hrinko and Mary Kusnirak, and was raised by her father and step mother, Anna.
Julie worked at Erie Resitors, Pharmor and helped out at the Manendo
Grocery Stores.
Julia was a very devout believer in Blessed Mother and the rosary. She was a kind and patient woman, and was always pleasant to everyone with whom she had contact. Julia also enjoyed collecting and displaying her Madam Alexander dolls.
She is survived by her loving husband Anthony and son Dennis (Jeanette), daughter MaryEllen (Robert) Minyon, five grandchildren, Heather (Richard) Day, Eric (Jane) Manendo, Trevor (Neela) Manendo, and Joshua Minyon and Sara Minyon, 12 Great grandchildren, Greg and
Jerry Gaydos, Luke, Jake, Alex, Michael and Claire Manendo, Ray, Louis and Seth Manendo, and Eric and Ryan Day, a brother, Chuck (Joanne) Hrinko and many nephews and nieces.
Friends may call on Tuesday at St. Luke’s Church from 9am until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. The family has requested that visitors please wear masks.
