Obituary for Jeffrey Stuckey

Jeffrey Glen Stuckey, 64, of Erie, PA, formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021.

He was born in Buffalo, NY on November 16, 1956, the son of the late Odell and Julia (Smith) Stuckey.

Jeff accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Antioch Baptist Church. He attended School #74, Riverside High School and graduated from Bryant & Stratton College in 1977 in Buffalo, NY. Later, he joined Niagara Mohawk as a Steam Technician operating on boilers. Jeff was a diehard Buffalo Bills fan. He loved music and playing his guitar and piano. Jeff was an intelligent man and avid reader, he was always using big words in conversations. He loved to travel, especially on his motorcycle, taking trips to the Finger Lakes and Letchworth State Park. Jeff loved spending time with his lady, Judy. He was a proud father, grandfather, and uncle.

He is survived by his son, Biron James Stuckey (Nisha) of Buffalo, NY, stepson Emmitt “EJ” Compito, significant other, Judy “Smoochie” Ager of Erie, PA, granddaughter, Sevyn Stuckey of Buffalo, NY, sister, Dell Stuckey Wilson (Anthony) of Fairfax, VA, brothers, Kenneth Smith (Carolyn) of Lizella, GA and Darryl Palmer of Buffalo, NY. Nieces and nephews Kendri Smith (Felicia), Chrystal Foreman, Christy Bennett, Darryl Palmer, Jr., and Lauren Porter, best friend for life, Kent “Blue” Diamond, and his closest cousin, Albert Stuckey, Jr., one great-niece and four great-nephews, as well as many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Services were private. The Kloecker Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. handled the arrangements.
