Obituary for Amanda Gwinn (Peplinski)
Amanda L. Gwinn, age 33, of Rochester, NY, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
She was born on May 17, 1989 in Erie, PA, a daughter of Michael and Stephanie (Menosky) Peplinski.
Amanda graduated with honors from Penn State on August 13, 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Security and Risk Analysis with a minor in Information Technology, despite battling stage 4 breast cancer. Amanda worked at Wegmans Food Markets in Rochester, NY for the past 3 years. Amanda enjoyed spending time outdoors with family and her dogs, enjoyed exploring new places, escape rooms, and gaming with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Michael Peplinski, grandparents Steve and Gertrude Menosky, and Edward and Beverly Peplinski.
She is survived by her husband Robert Gwinn, mother Stephanie Peplinski, brother Brandon Peplinski, and half-brothers Michael Peplinski (Emily) and Jason Peplinski.
Friends may call on Monday at the Kloecker Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 2502 Sassafras St. from 3 pm to 7 pm and are invited to the Funeral Mass on Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier Church at 10 am. Send condolences to www.kloeckerfuneralhome.com.
